  1. First of all Log In and  Go to Blogger DashBoard. 
  2. Now click Setting and and then Basic Tab on Left Sidebar in Admin Panel.
  3. Now Look on Author Permission blog Section and Write Email Address of New Author.
Order to Get Started as New Author, Blogger has been Sent email into New Author Email box to contribute in New blog.

He Checked his Email and will Complete the Procedure.  First of All, he will work as Author. If Admin of this Blog wants to make Co-Admin, He will change the Permission from the Same box, where now showing New Author as Author.

After Change the Author with ''Admin'', New Author will work as co-Admin. 
 You can cancel the Author Invitaton by click on Cross button.
